Snap real objects to help a happy robot fill a museum! It’s all on our official Chibi-Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! website

For the pocket-sized robot, Chibi-Robo, bringing a dusty old museum back to life sure is a tall order – but it’s one he’s charged up for, in Chibi-Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! on Nintendo 3DS and 2DS! Carry out jobs for a nutty cast of characters, obtain shape templates, then match them with real-life objects to snap with your Nintendo 3DS cameras! Shoot something really good, and you’ve got your first exhibit for the Museum! It’s all in a day’s work for the little robot who could, and you can find out all about it on the official Chibi-Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! website!

The Curator would like nothing more than to see his Museum full of cheerful visitors. But with no exhibits, it’s nothing more than a pipedream. Luckily, help is at hand in the form of Chibi-Robo, a teeny-weeny robot who lives on The Curator’s desktop! To bring the Museum to life, read emails from eccentric characters who want jobs doing: blast targets, fetch food, play hide-and-seek, or even vacuum and clean up rubbish to be the best robot you can be! There’s never a dull moment round here!

But what’s it all for? Well, the more Jobs you complete, the more Happy points you earn, which you exchange for Silhouette films – and this is the nifty bit: load up a Silhouette film, and you’ll see a transparent, dotted shape through your Nintendo 3DS or 2DS cameras. Line it up with any real-life object you find and – snap! – you’ve got an artefact for The Curator’s Museum! These pieces become ‘NostalJunk’, and the more varied and accurate your photography, the more interesting the Museum becomes. Soon, your visitor tally count will be sky high!

Your photos aren’t just restricted to the game, though: by uploading them as entries to NostalJunk Contests, you could win exclusive, in-game costumes for Chibi-Robo, as well as seeing your efforts displayed on the official website! Chibi-Robo! Let’s Go, Photo! will be available as a download exclusively from Nintendo eShop on July 3rd, only on Nintendo 3DS and 2DS.
