Credit Control Manager*

Tasks

  • Leading Nintendo of Europe’s Credit Control Department to manage their tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Steering two Credit Control groups
  • Managing of credit and Accounts Receivable risk for Nintendo of Europe, including guidelines, related SAP processes and administrative tasks
  • Responsibility for Credit Risk Mitigation including the negotiation of credit insurance solutions
  • Enhancing the European alignment in the area of Credit Control and Accounts Receivable
  • Acting as point of contact for internal and external partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance / Economics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as Credit (Control) Manager – ideally in an international company
  • Preferably educated as Certified Credit Manager or in a comparable qualification
  • Hands on experience in leading a multicultural team
  • Excellent communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation
  • Strength in coordinating people, tasks and workflows
  • High level of diplomacy combined with a strong strive for results and finding constructive solutions
  • A very precise, well-structured, responsible working attitude paired with an analytic mindset
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English language skills, further language skills would be a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Office and SAP
